Default engine hoist

Should I get a 1 ton or 2 ton lift for putting in an iron block ls1?

Not sure how much these things weigh.

they weigh alot less then 1st and 2nd gen small blocks and 1 toners have always worked good for me

it's like a 40 dollar difference, wondering if I should just get the 2 ton

I'd consider it... just makes it more useable. never know some time in the future you might be cherry picking the front half a car up in the air.
