how do i use this?
what are the 2 nut bolts on the front used for? i know the middle one you tighten to press the washers against the pulley to make it set.
once the pulley is on, what are the steps on torquing it after?
i know i need 3 nuts, threaded rod, by looks of it, 8-10 washers. and i got a stock GM new bolt as well (locktight)
Take the single nut (on the right side of the picture) off and thread the rod into the crank snout. Lock the two nuts on the left together (tighten them against each other) and tighten the middle nut while holding the two end nuts you locked together (to keep the rod from turning and tightening itself so tight you can't get the tool out of the crank) to press the pulley onto the crank. The washers are there to space the nut out of the recess in the pulley so you can get a wrench on it. If you've got a M6, leave it in gear to keep the crank from turning while you're tightening the tool and if you have an A4, you'll have to find some way to lock up the flexplate to keep the crank from turning. Kent-Moore makes a tool for that, but they're not readily available. Hope this helps!

well i got pretty far, yeah right, lol appears flywheel is moving...and of course, no tool in sight to block it, and the teeth are kinda small, cant even get a screwdriver. ill figure out something to put...

That looks ok to me. If I remember correctly, the pulley won't pull up all the way. My car is gone or I'd go out and check it for ya. Try searching the "external engine" section for "underdrive pulley" and you may be able to find some pictures posted up.
ahh ok, i was under the impression that gap needed to be gone lol.

yea I can tell you, I searched far and wide for a company that made a hardened threaded rod, it was damn near impossible. I went to ACE Hardware and bought a hardened bolt and hardened washers, and just cranked on the bolt, and it pulled everything on, then I took that out and replaced it with a new crank hub bolt from GM.
But that looks almost exactly like mine with how it is seated
