Objective Tool Comparisons and Testing. Websites?

Objective Tool Comparisons and Testing. Websites? Has anyone ever found a website that reviews tools? Ratchets, sockets, different brands and compares their strengths? I would be interested to see how a Snap-On ratchet would compare to a Craftsman, a Husky or a Mac. There are so many companys that make tools out there now, it's getting tough to find quality tools. With the exception being Snap-On, and other higher priced tool lines.
I would be interested to find such a site, even if it's a forum type like this that just lets people enter their opinion. Sometimes a person's opinion on how a certain tool performs is more valuable to me than basic facts and figures derived from simple testing.
