what is the best tool to use to instal valve springs n where to find it at plz pm me

Honestly, the best/easiest tool for me was the $15 craftsman valvespring compressor. you can use it on or off the car and it's pretty simple. the only thing I had to do was modify it by bending one piece so that it was fit the behive springs alright, and oil it up every 5th or 6th spring to keep it turning easy. That's def a good one in my opinion.
