Default Got an AHP 200x AC/DC TIG for Christmas...

What should I get besides: various filler metals of various sizes for stainless steel, aluminum, and mild steel, 100Argon, 2% lanthanated tungsten of various sizes, and tig welding gloves (plus tig finger)?

biggest bottle of argon you can find 150cf or bigger. you will blast though a
lot. $200

this belt sander + an electric drill for sharpening tungstens.

$50

a proper regulator. i found a used stick-type harris on ebay for $50 shipped

the stock torch is pretty cheesy but it'll get you going
I recently switched to a CK 130 and used their 2-series gas lens kit, makes welding ally so much easier. PM me when you need a vendor for a torch. It was a small nightmare getting the correct connector. ~$200

lots of time and patience. I have about 35 hours with mine (i could push mig trigger like a champ though, lol) and I'm just now starting to get results i'd show anyone.

Definitely get the 2% lanthianated tungsten. Also a smaller 9 or 20 series torch with a CK superflex cable is extremely worthwhile for fab work. Look at the Mr.Tig kit for that machine.

assuming you're new to tig welding, get as much scrap metal as you can get your hands on. practicing is much more important than having every accessory in the book right now.
