Well... ever seen a 16pt wrench or socket? They make several 12 points.

That Autozone kit wont work. The insert isnt long enough to get into the crank. I rented the kit and had no luck. I put the pulley in the oven. stopped at A performance parts store and bought a ARP bolt and she was good to go.

Ditto, that's what im waiting for.

On a side note i bought my balancer from TSP and i also bought the longer bolt that they advertise that is for installing the balancer. Now you guys have me doubting them....

For installing the balancer I went to fastenal and purchased a piece of all thread, Nut and washers. Screw the all thread into the crank and tighten the nut to press the balancer on. I had like $10 in this setup and have succesfully used it many times. No hammer required with this setup.

Anybody have a part number for the install tool from a tool company. snap on,matco,cornwell, china town tool company. A tool that will work a 100% of the time.

This is the most complete installer tool I have found. Most of the ones the tool trucks sell don't have all the sizes.

^^^ sweet thanks for the help I thought OTC would make a tool just couldnt find it. probly be cheaper than snap on matco etc
