Question What type of stainless wire for factory exhaust work?

My sisters Tahoe busted a weld on the exhaust and she wants me to weld it up. What type of stainless wire should I use? 308, 309, etc.....Which one?

Also, anyone ever use a self shielded flux core stainless wire? How is it?

Thanks

factory exhaust is 409 stainless

here's what i could find

Welding:
Can be successfully welded employing SMA, GMA and GTA processes. When not used in a high temperature environment, filler metal AWS ER309 is acceptable for use. For stronger, more resilient welds at high temperature, use weld filler such as 409 Cb, AWS ER430 or W18 Cr-Cb.
