Converting a lt1 to ls1

Is it possible to put a hood and bumper cover from a 98- 02 camaro on my 95? If so would it take much fabrication?

Ive seen it done, but I dont know whats entailed. Someone else will have to chime in. There might be some threads under the appearance and detailing section.
