member's balancer tool?

im trying to figure out the member that made the custom balancer installation tool on here. I purchased 1 a while back.(1-2 years) i cant find who it was. I saw that hawks has one but i dont think it was them.

Hawk and dirttrackracer are the only two I can think of. Hawk is still making them and they sell through Byunspeed or Colorado Speed or whatever their name is this week.
