Max torque for 3/8 T50 torx bit What is the maximum torque recommended for a 3/8 drive T50 bit? I snapped mine at about 70 lbs just as my torque wrench clicked. The failure point on the bit is down near where it attaches to the socket. There is a small indentation cut into all six edges. It broke along one of those. Should I send it in under warranty or is it my fault?
Wait a sec. Even if I had used a 1/2 drive, the torx bit shaft would be the same size right?
