epoxy flooring in garage
Do you know what they used on your floor brand wise?
The absolute best is epoxy top coated with a urethane clear coat. Epoxy by itself will almost always lift off in spots due to hot tires. (Of course with any coating, prep is everything)
Legacy industrial is one of the sponsors on gj. This is their garage epoxy kit. The urethane is extra and the choices are in one of the drop downs on the side.

Rust bullet has also been popular and is very durable. It's a one step product, so it's easier to apply, but for whatever reason it's not really cheaper than using epoxy and urethane. You also have a lot more color options for epoxy and if you like the wet look you can get it with epoxy and a clear coat.
This is from a thread on gj. It's Legacy epoxy and urethane. I like the wet look of it. He said it's held up very well and he even had some brake fluid spilled on it over night and it wiped up with no damage to the coating.
