My Air Compressor Choice !!!!! Having read most of the posts on this board ,, i finally decided that i needed a 5hp+ compressor with at least 25 gallon tank for just about any tool or use i could think of.. Also since it is for my home use, i could probably go with a more economical oil-less type..
Shopping around i stumbled on a new model @ the Depot, Husky [made by cambell hausfield,, same as everyone elses i know of] it's got 5.5 hp , 150psi with a shitload of accessories & air tools & 2 paint guns... All this for $299 ... Also took out the 3 year warranty for $30
So far every tool that i have tried runs fine, even Blue Dart, which is an air eater.. So i'm happy with my purchase so far & hope for years of good service from it ..
If their impact gun, wratchet, grinder, paint guns & all the rest is quality stuff;;; then i consider this a must buy for the home garage, where it's not being put under heavy everyday use !!!
Has anyone else seen or bought this new unit, if so would like to hear your 2 cents worth on it....
