Bellows question

I bought a smooth bellows for my 01 camaro SS and the end that goes on the throttle body is too big. Is this normal? If so, how the hell do i get it to fit? HEEEEELP!!!!

your lookin for the 3' by 3' fernco, you can pick it up at home depot for around $7.
heat it up in microwave for 45sec.
