Big thumbs UP for SK Tools I ordered an SK 43875 ratchet from an online store after reading great reviews on this site about it. Well, it came today. The ratcheting mechanism was busted. It will free spin and unlock from clockwise to counterclockwise. That is how it arrived, unused also.
I sent an email to SK. They replied within 10 minutes and asked for my address. Within another 10 minutes, they had replied saying that they were sending out a free rebuild kit. No questions asked.
That is great customer service, imo.
Edit: I also bought a 7" cam driven Knipex plier. This thing is GREAT! Can't wait to use it. Seems very smooth.
