Some of their stuff is OK, and they usually have a good replacement warranty. And there are Home depots everywhere, unlike the snap on Truck.

i have a full set of husky professional ratchets, and i love em. not too bad quality tools either. dont get me wrong i have about 35,000.00 in snapon mac matco and cornwell tools but sometimes you gotta get the cheaper stuff cuz your in a bind. but i found that husky and duralast make some pretty darn good tools for the price.

Yeh - I have some snap-on, matco and other premium tools also.
The quality and performance of the cheap stuff like Husky, stanley etc is quite good these days, however....
...makes you wonder when people are going to realize this and force price reductions in the premium tool maker lines????

i agree totally. i have a Matco tools dealer which i bought my scanner from, and he has to be the best dealer i have ever dealt with and the prices for their tools are usually a hundred or two below snap on or mac and i prefer matco's tools over theirs. cant wait to see a big price drop in them.
