torque wrench?
i dont own one and apparently neither does anyone else i know...
I need one to change my rotors, dont wanna overtorque the lugnuts or brake calipers, but is there any place that could possibly lend me one? if not how much are they? and where can i get them cheapest?

I think mine was $50 from Advanced Auto and yes definitely want the "clicking" type. Make sure it reads foot pounds. If you plan on doing many mods probably not a bad tool to go ahead and buy rather than renting.
