Default Tims LT1 Valve Spring Tool

06/08/09 Update: I still have these tools in stock ready to go. Just wanted to let everyone Know.

We have come up with a tool simular to that of my LS1 valve spring tool for changing the valve springs for you LT1 owners. I will sell it for the same price as my LS1 tool which is $ 35 with shipping included via USPS Priorty Mail.

Included is the Tool, washers, and a 7/16 X 1.900 stud with nut which gives you extra length for when you use the bigger springs.

Stock stud size is 3/8 most of the time and Aftermarket size is 7/16.

I prefer payment via Paypal since it is easier for the both of us and I can ship the following day of payment received. Please send your payment to the following Paypal user ID: Ramair69gto@sbcglobal.net

Please indicate this payment is for an LT1 Valve Spring Tool

I will ship to our Canada friends for an extra $ 18 dollars

I also offer a package which includes the tool as listed above plus a Cylinder Compressing Air Tool that screws into your sparkplug hole and hooks up to your air compressor to keep the valves closed while you swap the springs. This package costs $ 60 Shipped.

Thanks,
Tim

I am now offering a Tool Package where I include a tool I put together that screws into the spark plug hole and hooks up to your compressor to keep the valves closed when you compress your springs. Just See above on my First post for details.

Thanks,
Tim

Cool idea man, I built my own three years ago that looks almost identical, never thought about marketing it though. Mine was a notched & drilled flatbar, can't see $30 bucks worth there, regardless I'll vouch they make life easier

Good to see someone building gadgets for the lowly LT1 world
