Torx/Torx Plus

Torx/Torx Plus Anyone know the difference between these tools? Last summer I was working on my bike, and the fork tube is held on with a Torx bolt, so I used a regular Torx bit that seemed to fit, but I ended up stripping it out. I wonder if I should have used a Torx Plus? What's the difference? Thanks.

Nevermind, I looked it up, should have done that in the first place. Torx Plus is supposedly a better mousetrap. Different design, and they're used in high-torque applications.

screw extractors are nice but dont always work
