Anyone in Richmond that can weld? Ok, I have found out... NO shop will touch your car if you dont have cats on there... I bought a used SLP Loudmouth for my TA... just need it put on and welded... anyone?????? or close to richmond I dont mind driving....

There are some pretty serious penalties for shops if they get caught doing the late model no cats thing... Everyplace now it's pretty much big time fed fines (something like $10 or 15K) and in MD there's a bunch other stuff like you can never get certified as an MD state inspector/inspection station (or loose your cert)…
