Their kit of sanding rolls is good to have on hand as well. Keeping a small cup of transmission fluid to dip them in kept them from getting clogged with aluminum. Wear a dust mask and goggles. That junk goes everywhere.
Not that my heads were any good though. I did a set of LT1 heads, they were all over the board. Stock intake flowed about 205 cfm at peak. My ports ranged from 195 to about 235. I junked the heads.
They looked OK, but they certainly didn't flow very well. I did learn a lot about port shape though and things that can go wrong. 
I gave up on porting heads, but I still reach for those sanding rolls and cutting bits all the time for doing stuff. They come in very handy.
