aluminum mig
Mig Aluminum doesn't like to weld on thin material because of its "hot shortness". The voltage and amperage required to get the proper "spray arc transfer method" is an issue. Basically you'll burn through welding on thin sheet metal, anything thinner than say 1/6".
Go TIG! It is very lucrative, you can weld alum, mild steel, stainless, titanium ect... If someone knowledgeable can teach you, you can pick up TIG alum. in a day or so and have ok-looking welds. Tig aluminum has a fast travel speed. Then again, everyone is different.
