Need to re-enforce Fiberglass
After taking off the door panel it appears as if the window motor rivets have chewed through the fiberglass inner door panel.
When the window is down all the way, the rivets move up to the top (where they should be). As soon as the window starts to move up, the rivets fall down into channels they've chewed through the fiberglass.
Is there any way to re-enforce this? It is a thin, small piece of fiberglass and I'm not sure how to re-enforce it so it'd stand up to the pressure of the window motor.
I'm thinking of trying JB-Weld. Here are the pictures, sorry they're a little fuzzy, but the camera didn't like to focus too well with up close shots.

Replace the rivets with small bolts and nylock nuts.
