To get it off easily just crack the bleeder valve, Then use 2 flat blade screwdrivers to push the white collar on the fitting into the fitting( kind of a reverse air fitting) the collar releases the locking tabs and then the two parts will seperate. I have been able to do it with my fingers if the bleeder is open.
Also open the bleeder when reconnecting and it is much easier
