I used to use one of those Craftsman 2.5 Ton. Then I got a Larin from Autozone. Used that until it started to slowly let things down on me. Couldnt figure out why it was harder to slide out from under my car than it was to slide under.

So I just got one of those Model 200T from Ranger or AFF or whichever. Same as the one pictured on the last page or so... The site said Ranger, but the jack is labeled as an AFF. It is one beefy ****. Shipping weight is 95lbs on the jack and 5lbs on the one piece handle. Heavier than sin. I wasnt expecting it to be so big. It has a double pumper system in the back, so you get good lift speed. And it lowers like a dream. Nice and wide makes it feel super stable. I love it. Just dont try to pick it up. haha. Ill try to snap a pick of it next to another jack for a size comparison.

Had a Craftsman 2-ton aluminum jack since Christmas last year. The other day, the quick release universal joint sheared in half. The jack was used frequently but never abused. Kinda sucks to see a $200 jack break after only one year.

That's a lot of paint to be missing after just one year!

Where did you get the Ranger jack from? Was it less than $200? That seems to be the going price for the 200T.

I bought a Northern Tool jack with great specs: 3.125" low height, 22" high height... problem is it stopped working within three weeks. It wouldn't hold the weight anymore... Luckily they took it back.

When I got mine, it was $189 shipped. HEAVY AS CRAP!!! Shipping weight with the handle was 100lbs. Its massive. Much bigger than I was expecting.

However...I love it. Stable, fast pumping, easy release, goes up high... Great jack IMO.

Got it from this site but the prices have gone up a bit for some reason... I got mine before xmas. Just scroll down you'll see it.

I have a Napa low profile jack. I think it's 2 5/8" when it is all the way down. It will fit under pretty much anything. I love it. Only problem is it weighs 90lbs.
