Got about $15k to spend
for this quarter on pretty much whatever as long as it's justifiable.I need some idears here people. Keep in mind this is an aircraft related tool crib. I've been buying just about anything lately that looks like it might be useful for us.
We already got a new toolbox a couple months ago so that stuff is out. Spent $8k on that box. Spent $9k on another toolbox prior to that as well...
I love this job as it allows me to live through your tax dollars to fill "my" needs.
Snap-On, Matco, MAC, you name it.... Was thinking about replacing some of our standard breakaway torque wrenches with digital ones. I don't know...

How about:
Tubing benders & flaring equipment
Welding equipment (new MIG or TIG setup for "repair" work?)
Bridgeport style Milling machine (CNC would be too much $$$), tooling (vice, end mills, etc).
Other fabrication equipment (bandsaw / belt sander / tubing notcher / whatever)
Sheet metal fabrication equipment (rollers, shear, brake, bead roller, etc)
Electronic equipment (Test meters / access)
I dunno what you have or can justify (might have to get creative) but those are the things that popped to mind.....
