wanted to know some opinions of waterloo tool boxes. i am looking at a W1-1500. it would only be for my home garage use. i have been using old cabinets and such but unfortunately there is no room to walk in any more so i need a new way to store my tools. if anyone has experience with it let me know. i can get an amazing deal on it, hence why i am considering it.

If you call tech support for most of the big name boxes you actually get forwarded to Waterloo (as well as some of the work benches...). Their boxes are basically identical to the big name boxes with the same features since Waterloo built them all

I bought an older Waterloo box about 15 years ago. It has full roller bearings etc... a friend of mine had the Mac ? or Matco (dont recall) version of it and it looked like the exact same box with different name on it. I recently sold it as I got a 3bay Matco box but the waterloo was very good quality. Im not sure how they are now but back when I got it they were making the boxes for Mac/Matco (again dont recall which) they were excellent.
