Default POLY JACK covers

I had seen some where polyuerathane bushings that fit on the head of your jack and the top of your jack stands to protect your under side, Anyone else seen these? Or know where to get them?

I use a hockey puck instead for the floor jack, its cheaper too! Works just as well as anything else I've tried. Never used anything for the jack stands though.
