I’d like to get a set of nice garage cabinets when I get my house. Wanted to see what everyone has, post up pictures if you have any and who makes them.
Here’s a set I saw - http://www.griotsgarage.com/catalog....3010&SKU=92612. Anyone know anything about these? I want a nice quality set.
Thanks

Griots garage makes pretty good stuff, although a little overpriced.
I'd rather go with some gladiator stuff myself.

There are many local places that carry their line, to save on shipping

I am in the process of installing Gladiator GW's in my garage. I have three 30 inch cabinates, two 48 inch shelves, and various hooks. I am using the gear track to mount everything.
So far its a pretty straight forward install. Just find the studs and go. I bought the line that is already assembled. I know Lowes sells some the need to be assembled... I am not sure of the differences in quality... the price is alot less for those. I paid $179 per cabinate and $49 per shelve at Sears. The Geartrack can be bought at Lowes for $10 each vice the $13 at Sears.
I highly recommend. I'll post some picks later today when I get done with some errands.

I'm using old kitchen cabinets from my basement for my workbench int eh garage (free, and 127" long), and will be getting matching upper cabinets for abotu another $350.
You can find killer deals on used kitchen cabinets and repaint them for a really efficient budget setup rather than paying exorborant amounts of money for the bigger name stuff.

We just installed our new maple cabinets in the garage!! It's great to have a wife who works at a cabinet company. She got them all for free b/c they were going to throw them away. They are just missing a few doors but she can order them new for cheap. Since this pic was taken we got the toe-kick and countertop installed but my digicam's battery does not want to charge anymore
Her co. does donate some of their mis-ordered cabinets to Habitat's Restore stores so if you have one around you may want to check there. Otherwise I'd recommend Lowe's in-stock cabinets.
