It has finally arrived, the first reliable valve spring compressor for the LS1 engine. This tool works on Camaro, Corvette, pick-ups and all other applications with the Gen III engine. Use our LS1 spring compressor with the factory style beehive springs or with larger aftermarket springs up to 1.500” diameter.

Will that clear the cowl when going for the springs in the back of the engine bay? It'd be great for the C5 though.

I'll be trying it on an F-body shortly. It does look pretty tall but it might work.

It does seem that it is going to be a little bit too tall for use on Camaros and Firebirds. we have submitted our design changes and we will keep you posted as we continue to develop the tool.
