i just ran 100amp service to my shop 100ft from my house. my house is only 150amp.

i have 8 8ft t8 flourescent lights
5-110 receptacles
1-45 watt street light
2-floodlights
1-lincoln 255 mig welder 50 amp breaker
1-2-stage 8hp 80 gallon compressor 30 amp breaker
and various power tools

and it suites me fine
