No money cat delete is a big screwdriver and a hammer.
Just get some pbblaster/wd40 let the bolts break loose then pull the y-pipe out of the way and bust the crap out of the inside = free
Make sure you get it all out. It will take a while.
Dunno if it flows better with the odd shaped chambers vs smooth pipe but if you have a bad one like me it will definitely.

yea, well i had the cat off it, but took it to the shop cause my I pipe fell out and they said by law they had to put it in...but the guy said he would give me some piping if i had someone take it out.
