Scan tools? I need a scan tool that will work on my 96 Volvo 850 GLT and my 99 WS6. Needs to be able to read manufacturer specific codes as well. Any good suggestions? I know you guys have good answers.

I bought the one from Harbor Freight. It reads the OBD2 codes and lets you delete them too.

Looks like a good scan tool for CARB OBDII, but that tool won't do manufacturer specific codes...SnapOn and I belive OTC have tools that will do what you're looking for, but they're pricey. Might want to keep an eye on ebay...
EDIT: Almost forgot AutoXray, they might offer something that's priced closer to earth
