What all is included in this kit? Is it worth having?

Are you talking about the official Kent Moore dealer kit? If so it's a bunch of seal installers and a few other special tools.

Kent Moore #J43145. It includes front and rear cover, and oil pan alignment tools, and balancer puller, rear main installer, valve seal driver, several seal drivers, and connecting rod guide tools. Very nice items to have.

They are great to have for head and cam installs. They can be found on Ebay ....saw one go awhile back for around $300. Bought new from Kent Moore they're around $2000.FWIW.
