Rip off seller- help

Is there anything i can do through ls1tech? i bought a oil pan and the shipper sent it bent to hell and not usable. he blamed it on ups...and said he had insurance...so i let ups take it back and he said he'd make it right.... over a month later he still wont issue me a refund. and now wont answer my phone calls.

paypal said i cant get my money back because this is a non ebay site.

i left him a trader rating but how do i make sure he doesnt do this again on here?...better yet how do i get my money back? it was $380

Lodge a complaint with your credit card company. They will issue a charge back.

What makes it worse is that ups probably gave him a refund but he didn't give it to you.

Start a thread in the negative feedback forum and put his username in the thread. Before I do any business with anyone here I search that sub forum for their username. If he wants to do anymore business on this site he'll come into that thread and make things right.
