Problem with another member - MIDTOWNSS

I sent him payment for a cam listed in this post:

Dan Newell (MIDTOWNSS) replied and confirmed that he recieved the check from me, but that was the last I heard from him. I sent it certified mail, so I know he received it. Can I get some help from the mods on getting the cam or my money back?

Get proof from your bank that the check was cashed and then contact your local Postal Inspectors office. It's called mail fraud. Good luck,

Thanks for the advice. He replied to my messages after I posted this today. Said he has been out of town.... He said he could surf the forums on his blackberry but couldn't reply to PM's.
