LS1tech.com doesn't like my office computer
LS1tech.com doesn't like my office computer For what ever reason my computer at work doesnt like LS1tech.com. Every time I try to connect to it just keeps searching and never finds the page. I can get on other car message boards but not my favorite. 
. Are systems run Windows 2000(we have a cheap company). Could it be a firewall or something in the internet settings? I can get on pretty much any website including porno sites(accidental)

I work in IT and sometimes we go through the squid reports to see who is spending a LOT of time on certain sites and we'll block access to those specific sites...so that's probably what happened if you could get on the site before. I, however have installed a gateway on my PC at work so no need to worry about going through a proxy server .

Try the IP address, when we used to filter people we'd just put the DNS name of the domain and not the IP itself

I have the opposite problem. I get here no problem at work but at home I can't login. I'll put in my known good username and password and it tells me password invalid. Pisses me off too because sometimes on a weekend I'll want to respond to someone here and can't because they won't let me login to gain posting privliges.

Ill have to try those two links. I have never been able to get on LS1tech.com from my work computer so I dont think they blocked it. Believe me our IT guy took the short bus to class, it took him a month to install the last Windows 2000 Patch.
