What's the deal with uploading pics all of a sudden?
What's the deal with uploading pics all of a sudden? So I am getting this message now when I try to upload my pic's "Your file of 494.1 KB bytes exceeds the forum's limit of 488.3 KB for this filetype." It never did this prior to today. I have uploaded the same pictures several different times in threads etc etc w/ no problem. Why now???
The only reply I have is the generic answer of a limit is a limit and I know there are a lot of software updates being done to the site right now.

To insert an image into your post, you need to click on the Insert Image button above the white text field where you type. It looks like this: 
But, the image will have to be on the Internet first. Google "image hosting" to fine a place to upload images to the Web, or look in the FAQ in this section for a list of hosts. Then, copy and paste the direct link to the image into the box that comes up when you click on the Insert Image button (). It does not matter what size the image is, but common sense should be used as a guideline; no one wants to load a pic too big to see on their screen at once or so small you can't see it in detail.
