Dumb pop up boxes: moderators read

Dumb pop up boxes: moderators read As I am scrolling through the forum, I read the names of the titles so I can know which ones to click on, like all of us do. Now on the site is a description box that pops up and covers the title box. How do I turn this annoyance off??

I'm not a moderator but I know this feature is a global feature that only is changeable and definable in the Administrator CP. When I say global, I mean it applies to everyone. You don't have a setting that you can change to affect this. I don't know if FireFox browser has some sort of config or plugin that may actually stop this, though. That would be the only option, if it even exists.
