Default Change 5th Gen banner?
Maybe this isnt the right section...but anyone else intersted in seeing some 4th Gens in the banner again??

I don't have much say in the matter, but since you can't get an LS1 in a 5th gen Camaro, I agree that the LS1Tech banner could use a refresh.

I think there was a thread about it a while back and they said it was gonna stay, IMO there should be a car of the month and who ever wins should have their car as the banner for the month.

Sounds like work though.
As an economist I've found, any proposal that sounds like work and does not make money is a hard sale.

Yea, COTM sounds like a good idea I might enter if they had some incentive, espc caus the 5th gens not having LS1s is aother reason

Does it really matter what the banner is? I see it once when I sign on and that's it. Make a big enough donation and IB may consider changing it to what you want.

i see it alot lol. just a little change would be nice. maybe vote like the top 5 cars on the site and combine them into the banner somehow.or the top 3 with the 5th gen. idk just throwin out some ideas.

I understand now after reading nineball's post from that thread...

But now that the car is out..maybe it would be cool to have a real picture of it (and others)... Not like its a big deal to me anyway....I am here for the meat and potatoes of the site.
