How do I post wanted/for sale threads?

How do I post wanted/for sale threads? Everytime I try to post a new thread in the Wanted ads it says I'm not allowed? I havent been a member a week have I done something wrong or is my account not authorized because I'm so new?

Got ya...thaks man I didn't bother looking in FAQ's. Thats a great thing to do thought I'm looking to sell my car and/or buy some parts so I wouldn't wanna get screwed so thumbs up to the 50 posts/6 mos. thing. Thanks.
