Help with negative feedback

Ok guys. I had some douche *** kid buy a rear end from me, Came to my house, pick it up, open the cover with the 2 or 3 friends he had with him, turn it over make sure everything was ok, then leave my house in oklahoma and go back to Arkansas, break it, and now demand his money back. He has left me a bad trader rating. How the hell do I get this reversed?
