Someone please help me post my sig...

Someone please help me post my sig... I am on several other message boards and never have ran into having such a hard time getting a sig to work. The picture I am trying to use is 400 x 188. The limit is 500 x 150 so I am within the boundaries of size wise correct?
I have tried countless time to get it to work but it just posts the IMG link in my sig instead of the picture.
Anyone care to tell me what I'm doing wrong?
BTW here is the pic I am trying to put in the sig....
and yes I am using [IMG] [/IMG] tabs with the link..
