It looks to me like you've made 54 posts, but several were made in sections where posts don't count towards your total.
If your count was higher before, a mod may have moved some of the threads you've posted in previously into a section where the posts don't count. When that happens, your total will go down.

However, a side note to this is that mods and admins can totally delete a post to the point where even other mods can't see it.
EDIT: Correction, I do see that bp944 deleted one of his own posts in the Newbie Tech section. But that only accounts for one, nothing else appears to be deleted.
