why the hell do I keep getting this error?? Why do I keep getting this error below?? it happens 50% of the time and is driving me insane. It happen's when I go to post a new thread or PM someone or do a search.

This could be an issue on LS1Tech's end or your browser. Since nobody else has reported the issue, it may be a stale browser cache.
Is this issue still occuring for you? If so, delete your cache/temporary internet files. If it persists, state which skin/theme you're using and exactly what actions triggered the error.

That's actually correct and normal for the software as developed. Security tokens do legitmately expire, and your example is one of them.
But if you receive them during a live session, it could either have been a temporary issue on LS1Tech's end, or a stale browser cache to the user.
