email notifications?
I checked the LS1Tech database and there have been about 23 new users, just in the past 2 days, signed up using the email provider you use and 20 of them are all Registered users. There are only 3 that are waiting at the email confirmation stage. Why I mention this, is because that suggests email delivery to that provider appears to be working correctly as one has to receive and act upon the email activation in order to get their account to Registered status.
Therefore, it would appear the issue is with your email account and likely due to some sort of filtering.
I've seen what you describe occur to others with Yahoo.com email addresses, which you aren't using, but the issue is similar. That is, email notification deliveries stop and aren't in your Junk/Bulk/Spam folder but others receive their email notifications using the same provider. In those cases, that I've seen, simply using a different (even the same provider) email address works. Unfortunately there isn't much that LS1Tech team can do as the issue would be with the provider that is filtering/stopping emails from reaching your account.

As people are using the same email provider that you are, and are able to get through the registration process without staff fixing the account, it implies they are receiving the email notification when registering and are acting on it.
In addition, the email notification system, as a whole, is functioning correctly.
You need to log in the webmail of your provider (hotmail) and check to see if you're blocking emails from LS1Tech or if they've gone into your Spam/Junk/Bulk folder.
