HTML is not allowed inside posts on this forum, as well as most other (secured) forums, as HTML can be abused to do bad things. Instead, there are some predefined BB codes that link to HTML codes that are considered safe.
To post pictures, you need to copy/paste the URL of the image inside a set of [img][/img] tags. The [img][/img] tag is equivalent to an HTML code for parsing/displaying pictures.

also just to add to this, on photobucket, the very bottom link of options to copy and past is the one you want to use on forums. It already has the [img] tag attached to it so all you have to do is copy and past
