Move Dyno & Bench Racing to SR&K

Move Dyno & Bench Racing to SR&K As a frequent poster in the Street Racing & Kills forum, I notice that there are a good amount of misplaced threads in there that should be in the Dyno & Bench Racing forum. It takes up the mod's time to that thread (I don't know what all goes into that) into the correct forum.
To me, a soultion to these problems would be to move the Dyno & Bench racing sub-forum into the Street Racing & Kills forum. It also seems like a more logical place for it. One of the stickies in the SR&K forum even states that "what if" type threads be posted in the Dyno & Bench Racing, making it more convenient for those wishing to make the thread (aka MORE USER FRIENDLY), and more likely to receive a response when paired with that particular forum. When I think "hmm, this guy wants to race me but I'm unsure of what the outcome" it makes me think street racing, for which a forum is already named (not too mention there is more bench racing in that section that the rest of the internet
). Also, the posts would still be in a non-counting forum, just as the lounge.
I assume there is a reason for why it is where it is, but I am not on the inside so I wouldn't know of a (the) reason, so I thought I would bring it up. I did a quick search or two, but didn't find anything on the topic.

While I can definitely see why it would be where it is, it isn't doing a lot of good there. Most people don't know it exists until they post in the wrong section and get told about it.
