Prob. w/ "My Recent Topics" tab?

Prob. w/ "My Recent Topics" tab? Hey guys every two or three times I use the my recent topics button to pull up all my current threads sometimes it will list them, then sometimes it gives e an error message saying i can only search once in 30 seconds to try again in 24 seconds. It never counts down, and when it does thats its like it logs me off because when the error message pops about about the 30 sec thing my member name is gone from the top right hand corner and its got the blank spots for member name and password? Even after I wait thirty minutes it wont lemme use the search tab or recent topics. I have to completely X the window out and log in again after opening another window. Whats up?

There is a search delay of 30 seconds between searches. So if you performed a search, and then attempted to perform another search before 30 seconds have expired, you will see that "flood" message. When you use My Recent Topics, it uses the search engine just as it would when you perform a basic/advanced search. If you use the My Recent Topics menu and select a different day span each time, you still need to wait 30 seconds between searches.
When you see the message to try again in X seconds, it does not count down on the page. It's a static page that does not update unless you manually refresh the page.
If you're getting logged out, it suggests a cookie issue. Make sure you use the Remember Me option when logging in, and if you're still getting logged out, I would suggest you manually delete the LS1Tech cookies, revisit the site, log in (make sure to use the Remember Me option) and that should fix the cookie issue. If it does not, you may have some 3rd party software, or custom browser setting, that is interfering or deleting the cookies.
