Instant email notification not working

The issue appears to be with your account. I checked your account setting and it shows "Automatic Thread Subscription Mode" is set to "Do not subscribe". Your thread, here, also shows that you did not opt for email notification.

Change "Default Thread Subscription Mode" to whatever you want.
