The database error would help. When you see the database error page, right-click on the page to view the source. Then copy/paste what you see. We only really needed the section that starts with "<!--

However, there is a known issue with LS1Tech (too many connections) and it's being addressed. However, it should not completely prevent attaching pictures.
I was able to upload an attachment in this post.
